Law Governing Administrative Offences
The expression ‘law governing administrative offences’ refers to all legal problems relating to an administrative offence. An administrative offence is a violation of a law by an individual which is usually punished by a fine.
Administrative offences are, among others, the following: Red light offences, exceeding the speed limit, etc. Apart from fines, the consequences of administrative offences may also be driving bans and/or penalty points for motoring offences recorded in the central register of traffic offences at Flensburg.
Our areas of competence are in particular in the following fields:
- Representation in proceedings before the authority,
- Conducting negotiations with the authority,
- Representation in court proceedings,
- Support with regaining the driving licence, and
- Giving advice in questions regarding insurance law.
